Royal Flush has always been very responsive and done great work for me. As a Realtor they have provided exceptional services for both my buyers and my sellers. From sewer to septic to everything plumbing, they've been professional, courteous, and effectively resolved the issue. For my personal home, they have saved my bacon more than once! I would never hesitate to recommend nor continue to use Royal Flush Plumbing.

Talk about quick and expert plumbing work, Eric from Royal Flush showed up right on schedule, did a fine installation of a new lavatory sink and performed some extra pipe cleaning all within two hours. Plus he was friendly and informative throughout. And in the end, the price was totally reasonable. I’m completely satisfied with Royal Flush and Eric in particular.

Great experience working with Royal Flush from start to finish having my mainline pipe replaced from the street. Was able to have my issue looked at quickly, provided informed options, and had good communication with the office surrounding scheduling. Had three bids and the was able to get a reasonable price. Appreciated the estimator taking time to throughly look into my issue before giving me a quote which was a big factor in going with them.

Ted and his team were great! We just bought a house and needed the sewer line repaired. Ted quick to come and help with an estimate for the work during the inspection period and once we became the owners it was super easy to get scheduled. They replaced our sewer pipe in under 5 hours and were very patient in answering my questions to make sure I understood what was happening. I wish I had taken a before picture because there was a nice hole and dirt pile and some branches that had to get cut off a tree and looking outside now, you wouldn’t even know they had been here!! 10/10 would recommend!!! UPDATE: Casey came back today to finalize the inspection with the city and everything passed without an issue. He also unclogged a rain gutter for us and even let me watch over his shoulder as I’m a very curious new homeowner. This crew’s patience is unmatched and they did a great job communicating about scheduling. Thanks again Royal Flush team!

This is our second experience with Austin from Royal Flush Plumbing. He is thorough, professional, friendly and always asks if there’s anything else he can help with while he’s there. Also appreciate how quickly we were able to get the job scheduled and the fix completed.

Austin was super efficient in our installation. He also noticed a water pressure issue that was quickly resolved. Excellent service today and always. They are timely and affordable.

Casey and Juan were both very professional in replacing our failed water heater. Very clean and considerate of our home... even with the water heater being in the garage!!! Very happy and very satisfied. I would not hesitate referring your service to anyone that we know that needs needs plumbing expertise!

I believe this is my first bad review. I really wish I didn't have to write it. It takes A LOT to get me to write a bad review. Even restaurants that have messed-up service and messed-up my order multiple times get an email to management, as I know from experience how hard it is to run a company. I called and scheduled an appointment for an 8AM repair to my shower valve. Scheduling was fine, and this review has nothing to do with the tech telling me I could run and waste a trip to get him a part that another tech dropped off, or them being 15 minutes late. None of that is a big deal. We live in Oregon City, near the Royal Flush office, so the explanation for what I am about to say is not that they had to travel far or go out of their way. I asked them to let me know exactly what I could do to make the job simple. It was a shower valve replacement when the shower had been torn out. Just a handful of Pex connections, and I showed them water shutoff and all of the details. We provided the valve which was their recommendation - we wanted to make it very easy. They were in and out in 45 minutes max. I got a bill for $650. I have had other plumbers and electricians work for me, and this was way over emergency rates for this type of work. I am OK with $225 an hour and trip charges. Even $300 would be high and I could handle it. Even "portal to portal" T & M. But I was surprised at the $650.00 charge. I contacted the office manager right away and asked about the $650 charge and how they came up with it. She gave me the owner's number and told me to call and talk with him. I called and left a message asking for details on their billing procedures. He did not call back, but reduced the bill by $100 in a new invoice. That did not answer the question. That was the first time I started to feel a lack of service. I felt blown off. On 1/2/2025, I emailed back to the invoice with further questions. No response. I kept getting invoice reminders. On 1/13, forwarded my 1/2/2025 message asking about the lack of transparency with billing. He responded saying (paraphrase) that it costs a lot to stay in business, they are a good company, and it costs what it costs. But that he wanted me to be happy. I emailed back with a re-phrased position and question, bold and italicized, about how I just wanted to get an explanation on why I was charged what I was charged. There was no explanation of how I was charged or what I was charged, other than they are a good company and they are not overcharging. In 7 consecutive emails, I made the same case that I shouldn't pay a bill where the pricing was not discussed up front, and on the back end, the final price was arbitrary. I wanted an explanation of why it was $650 or $550. They also had a note for a $385 minimum charge. I asked why it wasn't a $385 minimum charge. She company didn't respond to that until email 6 from me, when he just said it was not a $385 charge. All I ever wanted was how he came up with this $650 and an attempt at justification in this case. Lastly, he implied he would just turn me into collections (even though the bill is technically less than 3 weeks old as I write this and I said I want to pay). It's obvious that these people are going around jacking people for as much as they can take them for. This is what gives contractors a bad name. I just wanted to understand how they did not explain any pricing up front, and jacked us for $650 on the back end. Sadly, I was willing to pay whatever is right. I've never done anything like this. A company that charges a lot more than the going rates should be letting you know the charge in advance. We will always get a written estimate or service agreement from now on, as there are companies that just want your money and do not care about you.
